Our condo is located on Lake Tomahawk, part of the majestic Minocqua chain. Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 and is a perfect getaway to relax or play. It is newly furnished with a master king bed, and a pull out couch with a premium queen size mattress in the living room. The bathroom has a full bath/shower combo. We provide bath towels so you only need to bring your beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with coffeemaker, plates, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans and many small kitchen appliances. A stacked washer and dryer is in the condo. The shared lake frontage is ready for you to fish, swim, ski, cruise the chain or just relax. If biking is your passion, there are many paved and unpaved trails in the area. If you love to shop, there are flea markets, antique stores, and boutiques awaiting you with treasures. We are conveniently located .8 miles from Lake Tomahawk where you can find a coffee shop, local restaurants, meat market, art gallery and of course ice cream. Downtown Minocqua is a quick 8.2 miles away. Unload your boat at the public boat launch in Lake Tomahawk and cruise over to your shared pier across the bay. Winter enthusiasts: We have it all. The snowmobile trail comes right past the condo. Snowmobilers: Please contact us for parking instructions. View Lake Tomahawk from the condo windows and walk out for fabulous ice fishing. If the quiet woods call you, there are many cross country ski and snowshoe trails within 15 minutes of the condo. Winter park is a half hour drive. Lake Tomahawk is also part of the Minocqua Chain of Lakes and there are drive up dining options available in town. There is a lot of state owned land around the lake and the topography is beautiful on the south and west sides. There are more quiet spots on the lake than on the other lakes on the Minocqua Chain. WHAT IS PROVIDED, WHAT TO BRING We are happy to provide you a listing of commonly needed items that are provided and what you should plan to bring with you. Some key items that we do provide are starter supplies of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper, liquid hand soap, kitchen towels, bed linens, and pillows. We do not provide other toiletries, bath towels nor beach towels. COVID POLICY CHANGE: Guest bring their own blankets. Please let us know if this presents a challenge for you as we can provide them for a fee. 2021 Spring/Late Summer: We are going to have the exterior of the house painted and the project will take up to 3 weeks total to complete. We are offering the home for rent during the time when the project has to take place. But since we don't know if the weather conditions will allow for the project to take place in the spring, we do not know if it will be completed in the spring or in the late summer. Please be aware that the painting project MAY be taking place during your stay. We will advise any guests who requests to book during the times when the painting may be taking place during a Spring (April-May-June) or Late Summer (August-September) stay in 2021. There will be ladders and equipment on the property during the painting, and there will be some carpentry work that includes hammering and similar activities. While the painting will almost entirely take place outside, the painters may need brief access to the attic or other interior spaces. We realize this is not an ideal situation for guests and that it may be disruptive to the stay, and we want to be sure that guests are aware of this and make their booking request aware that this is a possibility. If you book during these times you are expressly acknowledging that these painting activities are a possibility during your stay and you are expressly agreeing to allow the painting to take place. We will issue any guest up to a 20% refund of that day's daily rate (no discount off cleaning, laundry, VRBO, or other fees) for each day that the painting is taking place during their stay.

A large sunroom facing the lake makes a great dining area for 12 or the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of beautiful Lake Katherine. You will also find a separate sitting area complete with a queen sofa sleeper. There are 3 main level bedrooms, all with a view of gorgeous Lake Katherine! Two of the rooms contain new queen-sized mattresses and the third bedroom has a bunk that can comfortably sleep 4. The main level also has two bathrooms! One has a claw foot tub/shower combo and the other has a stand-up shower stall. You will find plenty of seating within the cabin in our large but comfortable living area, along with rainy day activities including: books, puzzles, DVDs & games for all ages! A 50" LG Smart TV, DVD player & wi-if are also available. The kitchen is newly renovated with plenty of dishes & flatware for large groups & a beautiful vintage farmhouse sink. There are many utensils, pots, pans and other small applianes that make cooking while you are here a breeze! A second refrigerator sits in the porch for "beer & bait" storage. You will also find plenty of storage space in the attached screened porch and lakeside gazebo. A short walk leads down to the lakeshore. An individualized thermostat controls for heating and air conditioning are in each condo for your comfort. The living room is carpeted and furnished with relaxing side chairs, side and coffee tables and a restful sofa that also can be used as a queen sleeper. It is further furnished with a television, DVD player, electric fireplace, and home felt furnishings. The living room has an outstanding view of Lake Minocqua and breathtaking sunsets can be seen from the private balcony equipped with a a table and chairs. The dining room is furnished with a wood dining table and chairs that seats four easily. Table leafs are are located in each suite and the second level chairs can be used for additional seating. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big breakfast to start your day, a quick lunch or a gourmet dinner. It is fully equipped with full size appliances, silver ware, cook ware, bake ware, and utensils. The master bedroom is located in the upper loft area of the condo. You will find a king size bed, television, chairs, dresser and a closet in this large bedroom. A private balcony overlooks Lake Minocqua. The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom. The bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks that allows room for two persons to prepare for an eventful day. There is also a shower/tub combination and additional storage.The Loft is at the top of the stairs, just off the master bedroom and has a table and chairs that overlook the living room. The lower level bedroom is furnished with two separate twin beds, chair, dresser and closet. This bedroom also overlooks Lake Minocqua and has a private outside deck with table and chairs. The lower level bath is a full bath and shower with extra cabinets.
